HR Support: Administrative Support: Compliance & Documentation: Office Management:
- Proven experience in HR and/or administrative roles (1-2 years preferred).
- Knowledge of basic HR processes and office management.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Mandarin speakers as this role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking individuals.
