HR Support:

  • Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling).
  • Maintain employee records, both hard and soft copies.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, including document collection and orientation.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports (e.g., attendance, leave records, performance evaluations).
  • Handle basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

    Administrative Support:

    • Perform general administrative tasks, including managing schedules, filing documents, and answering phone calls.
    • Organize meetings and events, including taking minutes and ensuring all logistics are handled.
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees.

      Compliance & Documentation:

      • Ensure that all HR-related documentation is compliant with local labor laws and company policies.
      • Assist in preparing and filing statutory documents.

        Office Management:

        • Support day-to-day office operations by assisting with facilities management and other administrative functions.
        • Ensure the office is tidy, welcoming, and organized.

  • Proven experience in HR and/or administrative roles (1-2 years preferred).
  • Knowledge of basic HR processes and office management.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Mandarin speakers as this role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking individuals.
