- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand image and reputation.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
- Draft press releases, media kits, speeches, and corporate announcements.
- Monitor media coverage and manage crisis communication when necessary.
- Organize and oversee press events, media briefings, and interviews.
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Manage brand presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Oversee website content, SEO strategies, and digital storytelling.
- Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversions.
Influencer & KOL Management
- Identify, collaborate, and manage relationships with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and brand ambassadors.
- Develop influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand goals.
- Track influencer performance and measure ROI.
Content & Campaign Management
- Create and manage compelling content for press releases, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
- Develop and oversee brand storytelling across all digital and PR channels.
- Align PR and digital marketing efforts to create consistent messaging.
Brand Reputation & Crisis Management
- Monitor brand sentiment across media and digital channels.
- Address negative publicity and ensure effective crisis communication plans.
- Respond to public inquiries, media requests, and social media concerns professionally.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, and creative) to align PR and digital efforts.
- Track KPIs for media coverage, digital engagement, and campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports on PR and digital marketing results with recommendations for improvement.
- Preferable Mandarin speaking candidate
- Diploma in Marketing, Management or equivalent education
- At least 2 years experiences in related field
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to learn and passionate about marketing
- Candidate must be good proficiency with all Microsoft Office products with high proficiency in using Word and PowerPoint
