  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Kendek Product is seeking a driven and analytical Corporate Finance professional to support the company’s strategic growth initiatives, financial planning, and investment activities. You will play a key role in corporate strategy, fundraising, financial modeling, and business performance analysis to drive long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial modeling, business valuation, and investment analysis to support strategic projects.
  • Perform financial due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities.
  • Assist in corporate planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Prepare business proposals, investor presentations, and board papers.
  • Monitor financial and business performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate and manage funding requirements, capital structure, and financing activities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent are added advantages.
  • 3–6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, audit, or similar roles.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with valuation techniques, business case analysis, and financial due diligence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong business acumen, and the ability to work independently.
