  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Perform cost control and financial planning: Develop and maintain detailed cost plans and budgets for the project.
  • Prepare and evaluate tenders and contracts: Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, and contract conditions.
  • Manage contractor claims and variation orders: Evaluate variation orders and ensure that any changes to the scope of work are properly documented and approved.
  • Optimize procurement and material costs: Monitor material usage and ensure that procurement is aligned with project schedules.
  • Provide finance reporting and cost analysis: Prepare detailed cost reports, including cash flow forecasts, cost-to-complete estimates, and final account summaries.
  • Ensure Compliance with Financial Regulations and Standards: Ensure that all financial activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

Education / Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management Engineering or equivalent or hold any professional certificates.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ of experience in cost control and contract management or a related role.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be willing to work at Senai Airport.
  • Self-motivated, committed, energetic, resourceful and able to work with less supervision and a tight schedule.
  • 5 working days but must be able to work extra hours and weekends if required.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Applicants should have a good style of writing and be grammatically correct.
  • Preferably candidate with Driving License (D, B) and possess own transport.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
