Are you detail-oriented and experienced in HRD training operations, grant applications, claims processing, e-learning administration, and vendor/trainer coordination? If so, we want YOU on our team!
Your Role:
- HRD Grant Applications & Claims Processing – Guide clients for HRDCorp grants, ensuring smooth approvals and timely claims submission.
- Training Administration – Handle training confirmations, manuals, certificates, and coordinate training logistics.
- E-Learning Management – Upload and track e-learning participants, ensuring completion and compliance.
- Trainer & Vendor Coordination – Schedule and liaise with trainers, manage training logistics, and coordinate with vendors for training materials and venue arrangements.
- Operations Support – Process training documents (DOs), update training records, and maintain compliance with HRDCorp requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in training operations, HRD grants, e-learning administration, and vendor/trainer coordination
- Familiarity with HRDCorp processes and e-TRIS system
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good communication and written skills in English Language and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added bonus.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and problem-solving abilities
