- Responds to all customer enquiries, explain the company's products to customers and assist customers in placing orders.
- Deal with all enquiries regarding resort packages via the sales team, email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
- Attract potential customers by answering questions about products and services and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Check room and hall availability and reserve dates as requested by the client via the Resort's booking systems.
- Prepare quotations for individual, church, corporate and banquet events.
- Issue pro forma invoices for order confirmation
- Follows up on deposit payments and full balance payments
- Respond to client complaints or feedback, discuss with your supervisor for more details, and assist your supervisor in arranging a post-mortem meeting whenever required.
- Liaise with clients to obtain feedback after their stay/event and identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell our services.
- Liaise with the marketing, hotel operations and sales teams to ensure customer orders are correctly booked and services are successfully delivered.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by your manager
- Proficient in Mandarin and English languages
- Good customer service skills

- Able to use MS office to prepare reports
