  • Identify and research potential customers, generate leads, and build a pipeline of clients interested in solar PV solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to effectively engage potential clients.
  • Conduct consultations to understand clients' energy needs, assess site feasibility, and gather relevant data.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and feasibility studies, clearly communicating system specifications, costs, and ROI.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, provide post-sale support, and address inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and follow up on payments and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports to management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificate, or equivalent in Business Studies, Management, or Marketing.
  • 0–2 years of related sales experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Senior and team lead roles available.

    Technical / Functional Skills

    • Strong time management; able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Good attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of social media advertising and CRM software (added advantage).
    • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin is a plus).
    • Strong presentation and writing skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of solar PV technology and energy systems (bonus).
    • Highly motivated in follow-ups and negotiations to close sales.

      Personal Skills

      • Own transportation and willingness to travel when required.
      • Independent, able to multitask, and handle pressure well.
      • Experienced in client management (internal & external clients and partners).
      • Confident and outgoing personality.
      • Positive attitude, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
      • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
