  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with brand guidelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve any issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform creative strategies and keep the brand relevant and competitive.
  • Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity and messaging across all channels. Ensure that all creative outputs adhere to brand standards and contribute to a cohesive brand experience.
  • Mentor and support the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews to help team members grow and excel in their roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a creative role within the skincare, beauty, or related industry, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
  • Can speak in English.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including skincare or beauty-related projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and manage a diverse creative team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Solid understanding of current design trends, consumer behavior, and the skincare industry.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
  • Experience in SEO and other relevant tools pertinent to the digital landscape will be a great addition.
