Key Responsibilities
- Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation and design to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Define product specifications, pricing models, and service packages based on market research and customer insights.
- Work with engineering, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor product performance and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with legal, risk management, and regulatory teams to ensure product compliance with local and international laws and standards.
- Develop and maintain product terms and conditions, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and legally sound.
- Act as the primary contact for addressing product-related legal and regulatory inquiries and risk assessments.
- Customer Experience Optimization:
- Design and implement a seamless customer journey, ensuring high levels of satisfaction from the initial inquiry to post-installation support.
- Lead the collection and analysis of customer feedback to drive continuous product and experience improvements.
- Work with the customer success and sales teams to address customer needs promptly and effectively.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and reduce churn.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Research:
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
- Benchmark company products against competitors to ensure competitive pricing and feature sets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to align on product positioning, marketing strategies, and technical requirements.
- Ensure all departments have a comprehensive understanding of product features and benefits.
- Coordinate with the finance team to manage product budgets and financial forecasts.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and report on product performance metrics and customer experience KPIs.
- Provide regular updates to senior management, highlighting product achievements and areas for improvement.
- A total of 5 to 10 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in product management or a related field being advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of product development processes and customer experience methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, risk management, and legal considerations related to solar products is preferable.
- Strong proficiency in project management, communication, and data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
