As People Services ELC Specialist - PH MDM & Analytics - Greater Gulf, you’ll be involved in ELC, C2R and MDM scope of work.
Main responsibilities:
Process Excellence for Employee Lifecycle
- Develop expert level knowledge of the end to end activities in scope (Onboarding, Job Change, Offboarding) as well as local knowledge of entities in scope.
- Identify room for improvement on the current process through simplification, standardization, harmonization, and automation.
- Close open item from the current DTP vs Global Core Model and to ensure high compliance of activities within scope.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Global project deployment in the country.
- Support and participate in ad-hoc projects.
- Deliver operational KPIs and comply with Sanofi policies and guidelines including GDPR
Operations Excellence for C2R/Query Management
- Manage all end to end People Services queries and provide necessary support as Tier 1 support.
- To ensure knowledge based approach (Tier 0) is up to date and in accordance with Global article governance.
- To coordinate and support with writing knowledge articles based on process content provided in English and local language.
- Work in the case management tool to report each case and progress on the resolution
- Continually monitors and seek ways to improve user satisfaction and feedback
MDM & Analytics
- Maintain organization, position and employee data in Workday and deliver one or more of the following services as per their respective Service Level Agreements;
- Create / update organisation and position data either individually or in mass depending on business needs and ensure proper functioning of related interfaces.
- Manage the employee & external master data life cycle (create, update, activate, deactivate, delete) as per Core Model process in close coordination with key stakeholders.
- Monitor data quality and identify potential issues and take pro-active measures.
- Audit master data for completeness, quality and up to date status.
- Prepare periodic reporting and ad-hoc reports
About you
- Degree graduate or Master’s degree with HR or Business Administration (essential).
- Hands on experience in a HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment (advantageous).
- Proficiency in English (essential).
- Broad understanding of HR process and activities (essential)
- Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g. Workday, ServiceNow (advantageous)
- Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner (essential)
