Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the vision and business priorities are well communicated to the team, facilitate business decision making, strategic planning, leadership meetings and broader communications.
- Manage the CEO complex schedule, including coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and event planning.
- Monitor key projects and initiatives and ensure action items are followed
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively managing inquiries and requests
- Follow up on strategic team meetings and projects progress for the team, drive stakeholder reporting
- Shadow the CEO in meetings and gradually take on tasks to improve efficiency.
- Develop a deep understanding of the CEO’s daily activities within the company and other relevant contexts, providing key updates to ensure informed and well-rounded decision-making.
- Serve as the CEO’s accountability partner by prioritizing tasks, recommending key focus areas, and providing consistent feedback to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Manage communications and relationships by fostering strong partnerships and upholding the company’s reputation for excellence.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance collaboration and improve operational efficiency within the company.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador by planning and organizing high-visibility events that strengthen team engagement.
- Assist in managing various aspects of the CEO’s personal life to ensure seamless coordination and balance.
