Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in graphic design, Industrial Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in POSM design, retail branding, or in-store marketing design.
  • Proven experience in designing POSM, branding materials, or retail displays.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), 3D software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar).
    • Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout.
    • Ability to create 3D visualizations, mockups, and technical drawings.
    • Knowledge of materials, printing techniques, and production processes.
    • Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
    • Good communication and presentation skills.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience in FMCG, retail, or advertising industries.
      • Familiarity with digital POSM and interactive retail solutions.

Concept Development

  • Develop creative concepts for retail spaces, in-store branding, and promotional campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Design thematic campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand activations.

    POSM Design & Execution

    • Create and design various Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), including but not limited to:
    • Ensure all POSM designs align with brand identity, consumer insights, and retail strategies.
    • Collaborate with vendors and production teams to ensure quality execution of POSM materials.

      Visualization & Prototyping

      • Develop 3D visualizations and mockups of POSM for client approval.
      • Create technical drawings and specifications for production.
      • Work with printing and fabrication vendors to ensure high-quality output.

        Collaboration & Communication

        • Work closely with the marketing, trade marketing, and sales teams to understand campaign requirements.
        • Present design ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
        • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and innovative retail marketing solutions.
