
Account Hod in GL
- Managing and overseeing administrative functions in the accounting department.
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports for management.
- Manage deadlines and ensure deliverables of accurate and timely financial reporting on monthly basis.
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits and tax queries.
- Involve in the preparation of the budget, projections, cost control, and cash flow planning.
- Review potential customers and evaluation of potential projects.
- Design and establish processes and procedures to meet the changing operational and regulatory requirements.
- Familiar with Foreign Exchange Transactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Experience with Computer & Accounting Software.
- Monitoring Credit Terms and keeping track of outstanding debts.
- Locating and contacting debtors to inquire about their payment status
- Arrange payment to the supplier when the credit term is due.
