- Provide excellent service and support to valued customers.
- Maintain product, service, and policy knowledge to offer accurate information.
- Stay updated on new offerings to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
- Update clients on order progress and shipment arrivals.
- Monitor clearance and ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare customer reports (if needed).
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service.
- Assist in developing customer service policies.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Diploma or higher education in any field
- Having experience in customer service is a plus
- Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply
- Strong Communication and Writing Skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
