- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) & Landing Page OptimisationWork with designers and developers to create high-converting landing pages.Implement heat maps, scroll tracking, and session recordings (Hotjar, Clarity, etc.) to analyse user interactions. Test and optimise landing pages for better lead capture and sales conversions.

- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency in ad management and reporting.
- Implement retargeting strategies to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
Key Requirements and Experience:-
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, PPC, or digital growth marketing. Proven experience in managing multi-account ad campaigns.
- Expertise in Advertising Platforms: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) – Performance marketing & lead generation. Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) – High-ROI campaign strategies, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, XHS Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong Data Analysis & Tracking Skills: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking. Proficiency in data interpretation and campaign performance forecasting.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) & UX Best Practices: Experience with landing page tools (Unbounce, Leadpages, Elementor, Webflow, etc.).Understanding of heatmaps, form analytics, and session replays. Strong Budget Management
