HR Duties:

  • To handle and prepare ISO documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including orientation and documentation.
  • Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Handle employee queries and provide support for HR-related matters.

    Admin Duties:

    • Manage office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment and facilities.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
    • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Minimum education requirement: Diploma certificate in Human Resource or Business Administration or related field.
  • At least TWO (2) to THREE (3) years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good communication skill (written and oral) in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin will be added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong multi-tasking skills, resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Having related ISO audit or document experience will be added advantage.
