HR Duties:
- To handle and prepare ISO documentation.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including orientation and documentation.
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Handle employee queries and provide support for HR-related matters.
Admin Duties:
- Manage office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Minimum education requirement: Diploma certificate in Human Resource or Business Administration or related field.
- At least TWO (2) to THREE (3) years of experience in a similar position.
- Good communication skill (written and oral) in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, strong multi-tasking skills, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Having related ISO audit or document experience will be added advantage.
