- Deliver clear, persuasive product presentations while identifying customer needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Independently manage daily tasks while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Follow up on leads and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity.
- Track record of meeting and surpassing KPIs and sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry-related experience is an advantage.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
