Agreement Preparation and Documentation

  • Draft and finalize agreements with property owners.
  • Ensure all agreements are signed and properly filed within 3 working days of onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of all agreements for reference and compliance.

Invoice Collection and Financial Coordination

  • Prepare and issue invoices to property owners for various services rendered.
  • Follow up and ensure timely payment collection within 14 days of invoice issuance.
  • Address and resolve payment disputes within 7 working days.

Wi-Fi Application and Setup

  • Coordinate with service providers to apply for and set up Wi-Fi services for new units.
  • Ensure Wi-Fi services are installed and functional before unit operations commence.

Access Card and Key Tracking

  • Manage the issuance and tracking of access cards and keys for each property unit.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of access cards and keys.
  • Ensure proper return and tracking of keys during tenant move-ins and move-outs.

Operational Support

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all units meet operational readiness standards.
  • Address and resolve administrative issues related to unit onboarding.

Record-Keeping and Reporting

  • Maintain organized records of agreements, invoices, and other administrative documents. `
  • Provide regular updates and reports on administrative tasks to management.
  • SPM, Diploma and preferably an associate’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Prior administrative experience, especially in the relevant industry.
  • Specific skills certifications may be preferred or required.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent Computer Skills, especially typing and using Office Software such as Word Processing, E-mail, and Spreadsheets.
  • Strong Problem-solving Skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
