
Accounting Manager
1. Review and verify accuracy of accounting data entry.
2. Prepare and analyse financial reports, included Profit & Loss, Balance sheets and Cash flow statements.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
4. Support internal and external audits to strengthen financial processes.
5. Lead and train accounting team to ensure efficient operations.
1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
3. Proficiency in Xero accounting software (or training provided)
4. Detail orientated with strong analytical and problem solving skills
5. ACCA, CPA, or CIMA certification is a plus
6. Familiarity with UK tax regulations (VAT, PAYE, Corporation Tax) is a plus
