- Experience – Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Technical Skills – Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word.
- Soft Skills – Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Schedule – 5-day work week with rotational shifts.
- Language Proficiency – Must be able to speak and read Mandarin & English.
