- Promote and sell foreign worker recruitment services to businesses.
- Identify client needs and provide suitable workforce solutions.
- Generate leads and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies to source and match foreign workers.
- Handle contracts, documentation, and legal compliance related to worker placements.
- Assist clients in obtaining work permits, visas, and other necessary approvals.
- Meet and exceed assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support, including resolving client concerns.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer databases.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in foreign worker recruitment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of foreign worker employment laws and regulations (preferred).
- Ability to build and maintain good client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
- Ability to achieve and exceed KPI and sales targets.
