  • Promote and sell foreign worker recruitment services to businesses.
  • Identify client needs and provide suitable workforce solutions.
  • Generate leads and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies to source and match foreign workers.
  • Handle contracts, documentation, and legal compliance related to worker placements.
  • Assist clients in obtaining work permits, visas, and other necessary approvals.
  • Meet and exceed assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales support, including resolving client concerns.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update customer databases.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in foreign worker recruitment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of foreign worker employment laws and regulations (preferred).
  • Ability to build and maintain good client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
  • Ability to achieve and exceed KPI and sales targets.
