Tasks & responsibilities- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers of construction materials, tools, and services specific to house construction, ensuring alignment with project specifications and budgets.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and project requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and quantity surveyor to understand material requirements and timelines for each project phase.
- Oversee the delivery, storage, and use of materials and equipment on-site, ensuring efficient utilization and minimizing waste.
- Responsibility on admin task for operation ( bil utility for every site, storage inventory, delivery order etc)
Qualifications & experience- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with contractors, workers, and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and others related software.
