
Admin Assistant
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and update payment checklist.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Issuing daily invoicing, follow up overdue invoice etc.
- Posting daily collection funds into system.
- Deal with customers & solve customer shipping problem.
4. General administration job include recorded staff attendance, proper unkeep office asset etc
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum qualification: SPM & above.
- PREFERRED :
- At least 1 year of experience in related fields
- Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of MS Office Excel
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English, and local dialects.
- Basic Salary: RM2,300 to RM2,800 (based on experience) with EPF & Socso.
- Annual Performance Bonus.
