  • Develop online strategies (marketing plans, budget, sales projections & performance metrics) that support the Company’s overall business goals and oversee all aspects of its execution, accountable for the profit & loss on Digital Channels business unit.
  • Lead and maximize e-Commerce sales through digital marketplace across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia namely UT E-Commerce, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora & etc.
  • Plan, strategize, manage campaigns, analyse cost benefit of upcoming new campaigns and maintain our sales to be in top 10 ranking.
  • Develop innovative social media and digital marketing plans to drive traffic to website and increase sales.
  • Enhance user online shopping experience, coherent user interface and navigation flow for brands & categories of products.
  • Oversee and ensure team’s execution in day to day operations of e-Commerce marketplace - order fulfilment and 3PL provider and customer service.
  • Ensure stock synchronization with UT inventory management system.
  • Work with external business partner to improve online & TV shopping sales, as well as customer shopping experience.
  • Ensure compliance to industry standards and customer expectations while managing projects and vendor relationships.
  • At least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent with at least 5 years working experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong Communication Skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word. Knowledge in Photoshop would be an advantage.
  • Experience in marketplace management like Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, TV Shopping- Astro Go Shop, Wow Shop will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of Shopify will be a plus.
  • Able to present and conduct oneself professionally, ethnically and morally at all times to reflect the standards of the brand of Universal Traveller.
  • Excellent Presentation and Organizational Skills
  • Creative abilities, highly motivated, detail-minded, well organized, self-starter and able to handle multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Good social connections, resourceful, dynamic and self-starter.
  • Willing to work beyond normal office hour during promotional campaign.
