Bookkeeping & Ledger Management
- Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transaction.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transaction.
- Record daily sales, purchases and expenses in accounting system.
- Reconcile accounts including bank statements, debtor and supplier accounts.
Account Payables & Receivable
- Process supplier invoices, payments and employee reimbursement.
- Generate customer statements and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare daily ageing for salesperson.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow statements.
- Provide analysis and insights into company's financial performance.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Manage inventory accounting and valuation.
- Assist in tracking cost of goods sold and ensure accurate stock reporting.
(A) Account Executive (RM 4,500 - RM 6,000)
- 2 to 3 years of work experience related
- Min. Diploma certification
- Able to manage junior-level account clerk
- Know how to do full set account
- 5.5 Working days
