Bookkeeping & Ledger Management

  • Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transaction.
  • Record daily sales, purchases and expenses in accounting system.
  • Reconcile accounts including bank statements, debtor and supplier accounts.

    Account Payables & Receivable

    • Process supplier invoices, payments and employee reimbursement.
    • Generate customer statements and follow up on outstanding payments.
    • Prepare daily ageing for salesperson.

      Financial Reporting

      • Prepare monthly financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow statements.
      • Provide analysis and insights into company's financial performance.

        Inventory & Cost Control

        • Manage inventory accounting and valuation.
        • Assist in tracking cost of goods sold and ensure accurate stock reporting.

(A) Account Executive (RM 4,500 - RM 6,000)

  • 2 to 3 years of work experience related
  • Min. Diploma certification
  • Able to manage junior-level account clerk
  • Know how to do full set account
  • 5.5 Working days
