- Stay updated on the company’s laundry products, services, and innovations.
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of the company’s offerings to drive sales.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Monitor industry trends, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Ensure successful closure of sales deals while maintaining profitability.
- Work closely with the operations, logistic, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- A minimum 2 years of experience in sales role.
- Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs and concerns.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism in all business dealings.
