- Handle clients’ inquiries and provide assistance
- Monitor documents dispatch and received
- Recording documents flow and filing
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM level/Diploma or equivalent
- Candidate must have 1-2years experience in this field
- Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Computer literate - MS Word, MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Positive working attitude
