Sales Admin

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Admin to join our travel agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via calls and emails, preparing quotations, and ensuring excellent client service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels professionally and promptly.
• Support the sales team by processing bookings, preparing quotations, and ensuring accurate pricing.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to assist in converting potential clients into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with suppliers, including hotels, airlines, and tour operators, to secure the best deals and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide administrative support for sales and marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns and client engagement activities.
• Assist in managing contracts, invoices, and payments related to sales transactions.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and promotions to support the sales team in offering relevant recommendations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply—no prior experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
