We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand client needs and develop detailed pitch briefs based on client requirements.
  • Attend and lead pitch meetings, highlighting the agency's strengths and its ability to address clients' marketing challenges.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop customised digital marketing strategies and proposals for potential clients.
  • Ensure clients understand the established workflows and maintain regular communication throughout the delivery process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development.
  • Able to work in a team environment with a proactive attitude and passion for the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong interest in and expertise in digital marketing and solutions.
  • Experience in recognising client needs and expressing them in pitches and proposals.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience with sales or business development in the digital agency.
