Overview:
As a Business Development(Channel Sales) Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and channels to drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of channel sales strategies, relationship management, and the ability to drive new business opportunities through collaborative partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Channel Partner Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners.
  • Identify potential channel partners and manage the onboarding process.
  • Ensure partners are well-equipped with the tools, training, and support to drive sales success.

2. Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities by exploring untapped markets and potential partners.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to develop and execute channel strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities for growth.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets through channel partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to management on KPIs,targets, and pipeline development.
  • Drive partner-led sales initiatives and support the sales cycle to maximize conversion and revenue.

4. Channel Strategy & Program Management:

  • Define and implement channel programs and initiatives aimed at increasing channel partner engagement and sales performance.
  • Create and deliver sales and marketing collateral to support channel partners & sales efforts.
  • Ensure alignment between partner goals and company objectives.

5. Training & Support:

  • Provide ongoing training and support to channel partners on products, services, and sales strategies.
  • Organize workshops, webinars, and seminars to enhance partner knowledge and sales effectiveness.

6. Relationship Building:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Resolve partner issues promptly and professionally, ensuring the best possible partner experience.

7. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of the channel sales strategy and campaigns.
  • Analyze partner performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
