  • Collaborate with Product, Technical Architect, and Business Teams to refine requirements and ensure feasibility.
  • Establish metrics to track and improve development cycle efficiency.

Project & Delivery Management

  • Own engineering execution and ensure timely, high-quality software releases.
  • Align engineering efforts with business objectives, ensuring technical solutions drive growth.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between engineering, product, and operations teams.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation and knowledge-sharing processes.

Technical Strategy & Architectural Guidance

  • Work closely with the Technical Architect to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of systems.
  • Enforce best practices in software design, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Support the adoption of new technologies and frameworks when necessary.
  • Advocate for reducing technical debt and improving system reliability.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
  • Proven ability to optimize development cycles, improve team productivity, and deliver high-quality software.
  • Strong technical background in system design, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern frameworks.
  • Experience working in B2C industries like F&B, Retail, SaaS, or Education is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
