Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Founder & Project Director, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective time management. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Additionally, the Personal Assistant will act as the Traffic Controller, monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery of all tasks and milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the Founder’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and respond to emails, messages, and phone calls as directed.
- Prepare and compile reports, documents, and presentation materials for meetings.
- Assist in research, information gathering, and preparation of materials related to projects and business development.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Liaise with internal team members and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder.
- Monitor and manage deadlines, ensuring tasks and projects are completed on time.
- Act as the Traffic Controller by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring the team meets all project deadlines.
- Provide reminders and updates to the Founder and relevant team members to ensure smooth project flow.
- Provide administrative support to various tasks as required by the Founder.
