  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

    We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and experienced technology leader to take on the role of VP of Technology.

    This role requires a candidate with strong technical knowledge and a hands-on approach, including active coding when needed, to ensure that our technology strategy is not only visionary but also executable at the ground level.

    You will oversee the development and operations teams, drive technological innovation, and ensure that our technology infrastructure is secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap that supports the company’s vision and growth objectives.
    • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers, developers, and IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software products and systems, ensuring they meet quality, security, and scalability standards.
    • Hands-On Technical Involvement: Actively engage in coding and technical troubleshooting for critical projects, setting a high standard for technical excellence across the organization.
    • Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Evaluate and integrate new technologies that can drive competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with other executive leaders to ensure technology initiatives align with broader business strategies.
    • Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain best practices, policies, and procedures that support a robust and secure IT environment.
    • Budget & Vendor Management: Manage technology budgets and external vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • A minimum of 10 years in technology leadership roles, including substantial experience in managing large-scale software development and IT operations.
    • At least 3-5 years in a senior management role or leading sizable teams.
    • Proven track record in strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives.
    • Strong background in software development, system architecture, and infrastructure management.
    • Hands-on experience in coding, debugging, and solving complex technical challenges using:
      • Front-End: ReactJS, NextJS for responsive, high-performance UIs.
      • Back-End: NodeJS, NestJS, ExpressJS for scalable APIs and server-side applications.
      • Cloud Infrastructure: AWS for managing cloud services, scalability, and deployment (a plus).
      • Containerization: Docker for streamlined development, testing, and deployment (a plus).
      • Database Management: MySQL for reliable data storage and management.
      • Additional Back-End Technologies: PHP for legacy systems and Python for AI and data-driven components (a plus).
    • Proficiency in agile methodologies and modern development practices.
    • Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity protocols, and data management best practices.
    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
    • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
    • Business Acumen: Ability to align technology strategy with business objectives and drive digital transformation.
    • Industry Experience: SaaS, AI, digital media, online platforms, or related industries (a must).
    • Demonstrated success in scaling technology teams during rapid growth or transformation.
    • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.
