What are your roles in your new company?
- Support and meet the administrative needs of our selected consultants in relation to group and general insurance business.
- Develop and maintain a good filing system.
- Liaise with Insurance providers for new quotations, business placement, and related documentation.
- Prepare quotation comparison table for client’s review.
- Sending policy and invoice to client as and when required.
- Follow up on clients’ timely payments to avoid policy interruption.
- Assist in the Policy Servicing.
- Assist consultants with value-added services to clients.
