  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and financial analysis techniques. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Leadership & Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead financial teams, communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders, and collaborate with other departments.
