WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Install, configure, and maintain systems & software.
- Diagnose, resolve and repair hardware, software, technical and network-related issues.
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers in setting up and configuring devices, systems, and applications.
- Install, terminate, test and troubleshoot CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, and fiber optic network cables.
- Route and secure network cabling through ceilings, walls, floors, and conduits according to project specifications.
- Set up and maintain patch panels, racks, switches, and network cabinets.
- Conduct inspections and testing to ensure wiring system function correctly and meet industry standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot wiring issues, making necessary repairs or replacements.
- Stay updated on new technologies, software updates, and industry trends.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking, and common software applications.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and helpdesk software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts or on-call support, if required.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
