WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Install, configure, and maintain systems & software.
  • Diagnose, resolve and repair hardware, software, technical and network-related issues.
  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers in setting up and configuring devices, systems, and applications.
  • Install, terminate, test and troubleshoot CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, and fiber optic network cables.
  • Route and secure network cabling through ceilings, walls, floors, and conduits according to project specifications.
  • Set up and maintain patch panels, racks, switches, and network cabinets.
  • Conduct inspections and testing to ensure wiring system function correctly and meet industry standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot wiring issues, making necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Stay updated on new technologies, software updates, and industry trends.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking, and common software applications.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools and helpdesk software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in shifts or on-call support, if required.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
