Job Summary:

  • The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director (MD) at Messrs. Liyana & Co provides executive support in administrative, legal, business, and personal capacities. The PA will ensure smooth operations across business functions, assist in legal document preparation, support client relations, coordinate marketing efforts, and manage personal tasks for the MD. This role requires a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive individual capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Executive Support :
a) Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for both Liyana & Co and Alyviate. b) Draft, proofread, and organize legal documents, business proposals, and correspondence. c) Handle emails and phone communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. d) Prepare meeting agendas, track action points, and ensure implementation. e) Liaise professionally with clients, stakeholders, and business associates.

2. Legal & Business Assistance:
a) Assist in legal case management, research, and document organization. b) Maintain an efficient legal filing system and track deadlines. c) Support client consultations and ensure confidentiality in all matters. d) Help manage branding and marketing efforts, including content creation for TikTok and Instagram. e) Assist in managing business coaching clients under Alyviate, ensuring smooth communication.

3. Personal & Family Management: a) Coordinate family schedules, including school pickups, appointments, and activities. b) Plan and arrange business and personal travel. c) Oversee household management, liaising with vendors and service providers. d) Assist with shopping, meal planning, and lifestyle organization.

4. Event & Project Management: a) Support event planning, including workshops, business classes, and speaking engagements. b) Manage logistics for office events and networking activities. c) Oversee bookings and promotions for Alyviate’s coaching programs.

Experienced Required

1. Minimum 1-3 years experience in administrative or executive support roles.
2. Experience in a legal firm, corporate office, or professional services industry preferred. 3. Familiarity with legal documents, case management, and business operations.
4. Social media management and content creation experience is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
