We are looking for a meticulous Immigration Operations Specialist to support our team in collating, verifying, and ensuring the accuracy of client documents. The ideal candidate should have experience in immigration-related operations, be highly detail-oriented, and understand Singapore’s immigration documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Collection & Verification: Gather, organize, and review client documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Compliance Check: Cross-check submitted documents against Singapore government immigration requirements and flag any discrepancies.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all client applications meet required standards before submission.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client information and document status.
- Client Communication Support: Work closely with clients to request missing documents or clarifications.
- Liaison with Internal Teams: Collaborate with immigration consultants and case officers to facilitate smooth processing.
- Updates & Process Improvement: Stay informed about changes in Singapore immigration regulations and contribute to process enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration operations, document processing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore immigration requirements (PR, citizenship, work passes, company incorporation).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and document management tools.
- Experience working in a remote setting with strong time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an immigration consultancy, law firm, or corporate HR department handling work passes or visa applications.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) regulations.
- Knowledge of case management systems and digital workflow tools.
