Job Title: Sales Manager, Furniture

Location: Fully Remote

Reports to: General Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth:

  • Acquire new clients through multiple channels (cold calling, email, etc.) to meet sales targets.
  • Market the company’s entire product range to prospects across assigned territories.

Customer Management:

  • Manage the entire customer sales cycle, including pre-sales, post-sales, and credit management.
  • Negotiate trade terms and margins with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Client Success:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, focusing on customer success.
  • Regularly engage with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with operations, technical, and procurement teams to streamline work processes.

Required Skills

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the local furniture market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle and build long-term client relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
