Job Title: Sales Manager, Furniture

Reports to: General Manager
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth:
- Acquire new clients through multiple channels (cold calling, email, etc.) to meet sales targets.
- Market the company’s entire product range to prospects across assigned territories.
Customer Management:
- Manage the entire customer sales cycle, including pre-sales, post-sales, and credit management.
- Negotiate trade terms and margins with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Client Success:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, focusing on customer success.
- Regularly engage with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Coordinate with operations, technical, and procurement teams to streamline work processes.
Required Skills
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the local furniture market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Skills:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage the entire sales cycle and build long-term client relationships.
