  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Retail Executive (Electrical Products)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by promoting and recommending electrical products to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.

Retail Operations & Store Management

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations, including stock management and store cleanliness.
  • Monitor and maintain optimum stock levels, coordinating with suppliers for restocking.
  • Implement and uphold company retail policies and procedures.

Product Knowledge & Training

  • Stay updated on product specifications, new launches, and industry trends.
  • Train retail staff and promoters on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and ensure staff can effectively communicate product advantages.

Merchandising & Visual Display

  • Maintain attractive and organized product displays that follow brand guidelines.
  • Ensure proper placement of promotional materials, brochures, and price tags.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and campaigns.

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze customer preferences and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback for management review.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance competitive positioning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in retail sales, preferably in electrical products or consumer electronics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
