Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in digital banking customer service. Previous experience in AEON Bank, Boost, or GX Bank is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions efficiently. Familiarity with digital banking products and services. Job Type: Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
