  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Power BI Developer to join our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and transform raw data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Connect and integrate various data sources such as SQL databases, Excel, and cloud-based data services.
  • Transform raw data into meaningful insights using Power Query, DAX, and data modeling techniques.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and understand reporting needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security within Power BI solutions.
  • Optimize reports for performance and efficiency.
  • Assist in data validation, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing report maintenance.
  • Stay updated with Power BI updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Power BI development.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Report Server.
  • Familiarity with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M Language).
  • Experience with SQL databases and writing queries.
  • Understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and Power Pivot.
  • Exposure to cloud services like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.
