  • Working hour: 9am-6pm

Here's a detailed job scope for an Operations Executive in a dental clinic, focusing on maintenance, carrying heavy items, and supervising renovations across different outlets: -

  • 1. Facility Maintenance: Organize routine maintenance schedules for dental equipment, ensuring all items are functioning properly. This includes dental chairs, X-ray machines, and sterilization equipment.
  • 2. Renovation Supervision: Oversee new outlet renovations, coordinating with architects, contractors, and suppliers. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to dental and safety standards.
  • 3. Repair Management. : Promptly address urgent repairs, coordinating with technicians to minimize downtime in dental care services.
  • 4. Heavy Equipment Handling: Manage the transportation and installation of heavy dental equipment, such as dental chairs and imaging machines, ensuring proper setup and calibration.
  • 5. Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of all clinic outlets to identify repair needs, ensuring safety and cleanliness are maintained.
  • 6. Vendor and Supplier Coordination. : Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source, negotiate, and purchase maintenance and renovation supplies.
  • 7. Logistical Coordination. : Schedule and coordinate maintenance and renovation activities to minimize disruption to dental clinic operations.
