  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Work Schedule: 4-day workweek, 3 days off (Night Shift Allowance Provided)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat regarding GPS tracking solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Guide customers on the usage of GPS systems and features.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide proactive support.
