  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500

Are you a skilled Process Technician with experience in troubleshooting and equipment maintenance? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing operations!

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) – required.

- At least 2 years of experience in TE (Test Engineering), IE (Industrial Engineering), or PE (Process Engineering).

- Technical Skills: Knowledge of troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, automation systems, and production processes.

- Software Skills: Familiarity with PLC, CAD, or other engineering-related software is a plus.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

- Team Player: Ability to work in a collaborative environment with engineers and operators.

- Shift Work: Willing to work in shifts and overtime when required.

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production and testing equipment.

- Process Optimization – Support process improvements to enhance productivity and quality in manufacturing.

- Equipment Setup – Assist in installation, calibration, and validation of new tools and equipment.

- Collaboration – Work with TE, IE, and PE engineers to implement process enhancements and corrective actions.

- Root Cause Analysis – Identify production issues and provide technical solutions.

- Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality protocols, and SOPs.

- Documentation – Maintain accurate technical reports and assist in preventive maintenance planning.
