Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated t Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience and hold a degree in Architecture or Town Planning. This role involves working closely with the Property and Development Project Manager to oversee various aspects of property development projects, from initial planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for property and development projects.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders involved in property and development projects, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing project progress, findings, and recommendations.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to property and development projects, including organizing meetings, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular reports for ongoing property and development projects, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time to support the successful execution of property and development initiatives.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Real Estate Development or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in property development, project management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct thorough feasibility studies and project assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to property development and project management is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
