Job Scope:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and budgets.
- Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation.
- Process employee reimbursements and ensure timely payment of expenses.
- Assist with tax filings and other regulatory compliance tasks.
- Support the senior accountant in auditing and financial analysis.
- Maintain filing and documentation for easy retrieval of financial records.
- Respond to inquiries from internal departments or external clients regarding billing, payments, and accounts.
