Details:
- Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Maintaining and organising confidential records and files
- Handling incoming inquiries and correspondence, and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents
- Coordinating and organising team meetings and events
- Performing a variety of other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirement:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative rol
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
