Job Responsibility

Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts and general ledger.
Manage all cash needs for all the companies, coordinating banking transfers.
Implement better procedures and help the department to become cross trained in daily duties.
Prepare and compile data for income and balance sheet statements, consolidate statements, and various other accounting statements and reports for business.
Able to maintain, review and verifies the accuracy of account reconciliations, journal entries and accounting classification.
Able to advise on financial documents and projections.
Performs tasks in accordance with statutory regulations and corporate accounting standards/policies.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bank, insurance and other statutory authorities on internal and external audit matters and tax/SST tax requirement compliance.
Possess knowledge & experience in preparing financial budgets forecast and cash flow management.
Manage payroll and submit payments from company accounts.
Undertake any ad-hoc task/project of the Company assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in relevant field. Fresh graduates with relevant accounting internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Computer literacy knowledge (Ms Excel, MS Word, SQL system).
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good working attitude, team player and willingness to learn / work hard.
