- Processing daily orders
- Managing inventory system
- Monitoring product sales movement
- Customer support via chat and platform
- Managing stock status
- Arranging courier pick up
- Managing inbound and outbound
- Processing walk-in collection
- Shipping discrepancy submission
- Updating platform delivery complete
- Organizing warehouse
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assign by the management from time to time as and when necessary

- Fresh Graduate / SPM @ STPM are welcome to apply
- Preferably Entry Level specialised in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Candidate will act as a Operation Assistant for this job position.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Needed to work on Saturday
